Rest assured, when you call us for help it will be with one of our professional engineers, not a call centre many miles away. And if we can’t help over the phone, we’ll get an in-house engineer out to you as quickly as possible. 

All our stairlifts, home lifts and hoists come with a one-year warranty as standard, with an annual service included. For added peace of mind, we can extend the warranty for all parts and labour. It also includes the servicing by our expert team of engineers.
